Terms of Use

Lime Espresso & Sandwich Bar prides itself on delivering the same freshness, variety and quality produce that our customers receive in store. We continuously strive to deliver the best products, with the freshest ingredients that surpass our clients’ expectations. 

1. Definitions

  • Catering means the delivery of the Lime Products.
  • Customer means the party listed on the tax invoice.
  • Delivery Area means a 300 metre radius from 26 Market Street, Sydney NSW 2000.
  • Delivery Date means the date and time of the delivery specified by the Customer and agreed to by Lime.
  • Deposit means 10% of the total Lime Product order.
  • Lime means The Trustee for Richmond Lennox Trust trading as Lime Espresso Sandwich Bar (ABN 37 470 083 130).
  • Product means any food, beverage or associated service provided by Lime.

2. Payment Terms

All tax invoices are due and payable within 14 days from the date of the tax invoice. You can find our account details on our invoice.

3. Interest

If the Customer does not make payment by the due date then Lime shall be entitled to charge interest on the outstanding amount at the rate of 6% p.a. calculated on a daily basis.

4. Delivery Policy

Lime Products, are available for free delivery within the Delivery Area from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays for all orders greater than $50.00. Delivery costs may apply outside this area.

5. Order Policy

All orders must be placed by 3:00pm the business day before the Delivery Date. Please allow 24 hours to process your order. Orders not placed prior to 3:00pm for next day delivery, may incur an additional fee. Late orders may not have the full choice of all menus items. 

6. Presentation & Equipment

Catering will be delivered in recyclable craft boxes, and on Lime branded platters. Please keep the Lime branded platters and trays available for collection within 2 business days of delivery. Lost or damaged equipment may incur a fee at retail prices for its replacement.

7. Deposits, Refunds and Cancellation Policies

We guarantee that our goods are of acceptable quality and match the description given to you although may differ slightly in presentation as products are all hand-made.

Please note that products cannot be returned due to change of mind or incorrect choice. Within a reasonable time, if you have any issues, please contact [email protected] and place in the email subject: your business name. We welcome you to attach images explaining your questions.

Depending on the Lime Product order, we may request a Deposit be paid into our account. Any cancellations made 48 hours before the requested Delivery Date will receive a full refund of their Deposit. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the Delivery Date may forfeit a portion or all of the Deposit.

8. Dietary Requirements

Lime is able to accommodate most special dietary requirements to the best of our ability (but do need to be given advanced warning). All dietary requirements are to be provided in writing at least 24 hours prior to the Delivery Date, and is not confirmed until Lime has accepted it can be accommodated. All dietary specific items will be plated separately and labelled accordingly. Lime cannot guarantee traces of ingredients will not be inadvertently introduced in Lime’s Products, as the Products are prepared in the same kitchen space. Please contact Lime directly should you have a specific dietary requirement.

9. Changed Terms

Lime shall have the right at any time to change or modify these terms, or any part thereof, or to impose new conditions, including, but not limited to, adding fees and charges.

10. Confidentiality

Lime is extremely concerned to protect your privacy and confidentiality and the information you share. We are required to protect your personal information in accordance with our obligations under the Privacy Act 1988 and the National Privacy Principles. Personal information about you, provided by you and other sources, is protected under the Privacy Amendment (Private Sector) Act 2000 (Cth). We and/or our agents will use our best efforts and take all steps as necessary to safe guard and ensure that all information acquired by us or our agent(s) relating to your business will be treated as and remain confidential.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the law of New South Wales. The Customer agrees to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the New South Wales Courts.
